RETURNS PROCEDURE

Full-priced goods in a saleable condition, unworn, and with original tags attached may be exchanged for a different size or style, or returned for a credit note. A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty or damaged during shipping and cannot be repaired or replaced. A returns authorisation must be requested within 7 days of receiving your goods, after this time all sales are final.

SHIPPING

We ship to the United States from our head office in Sydney, Australia. 

All orders are shipped using International Express Post and delivered by USPS. All parcels will need to be signed for upon arrival. In the event that no one can sign at your delivery address, the courier will leave a card for you to collect from the nearest Post Office.

Please be advised that international orders may require 1-3 business days of processing once your order is placed. Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery may take anywhere from 3-10 business days. This is a best estimate only.

Any delivery date or time specified by Shona Joy is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Please note: Orders may not be cancelled for change of mind, after the order has been placed.
